Tamer Alsebai, MD

I have seen Dr. Alsebai twice now. I like him, but seem to have an issue with his staff. My first visit I checked in and was sent to his waiting area. The person that checked me in didn't bother to tell them I was there. My 2nd visit was the last appointment of the day, so all of the staff were gone when I left. I never received the promised phone call for my next appointment. When I called to schedule my 3 month appointment, I was told it was scheduled and the date. However, instead of 3 months it was 5. When I questioned this I was told that he has a very busy practice and this was the earliest date available. That concerns me, especially since he put me on a new Biologic at my last appointment with a 30 day trial...... I have been with LRDC for over 20 years, but my doctor retired. Just not sure if this is going to work out.

I saw Dr Alsabai twice. I found him rude and not a very good listener.

Dr. Alsebai has been my rheumatologist for three years. He is a consummate professional. I have struggled with mental illness throughout my entire adult life. I have found out the hard way many doctors will take one look at my medication list and dismiss everything I have to say. Dr. Alsebai took my symptoms and concerns seriously from the start. He always listens to me and treats me with dignity and respect. He is a gentleman, even when telling me I need to lose weight he does so in such a kind and caring manner it isn't offensive. I have the power to make decisions about my treatment plan. My disease is a serious challenge, but now I have answers and hope.

Dr Alsebai has followed my case for 13 years now, and is the ONLY doctor EVER to take time to help, knew exactly what to do. I probably would have been called 'disabled' by now if it weren't for him. I've sent friends-he has been able to help 3 out of 4 so far. We must all realize, like bones McCoy said, "I'm a doctor not a miracle worker"--some he can't help. Make him know your issue and he will try to help. If he can't ask for a referral who may be able to help...

Dr. Alsebai is a wonderful doctor! He LISTENS, is very caring, and gives a head to toe exam.

WONDERFUL doctor..... CARES TRUELY CARES about his patients... He spends time with U, goes over everything, speaks English, one of the BEST doctors you will ever find....LOVE him

Dr. Alsebai is my favorite doctor....and I have never been one who like doctors. He and his staff at Pine Bluff were awesome, friendly, kind and caring. I will soon be going to Little Rock to see him and I hope the staff there are just as wonderful as the staff at Pine Bluff.
