Dr. Dawson sat there with me like she had no where else to be... her staff was wonderful as well. You can tell that they don’t overbook.. so happy I found my primary care physician

I love Dr. Dawson. Her bedside manner was something I have not seen for a long while. I will refer family to her.

Setting up the appointment was somewhat of ease. Dr. Dawson has a great personality while being seen and listens carefully to any concerns that needs to be addressed. The only major problems are: anything requested of the doctor is not responded in a timely manner. Seems as though the Dr. Dawson and the staff drags their feet. Have to hurdle through multiple channels and people to get questions or issue resolved. The other major problem is the staff is not quite friendly. They tend to be pushy to get you out of the office but on average it's about a 25-30 minute wait to get in. I highly suggest the staff take a customer service course and provide superior customer service. I also advised Dr. Dawson to be more available during office business hours. Just don't feel the personal touch a doctor typically give to their patients.

I've been going to Dr. Dawson for four years now and wouldn't want to go to any other doctor. I actually saw her the first time because my doctor was out, but I am glad that it happened! She is very respectful and listens to your concerns. I also had a personally difficult health issue and she was really wonderful during it - very supportive. The clinic she is in has changed and it has become a little harder to get in to see her, but it's worth the wait. Overall, I always recommend her to my friends and would recommend her if you are looking for a caring family physician.

I really like Ms. Dawson. She takes her time and listens.

Dr. Dawson has amazing bedside manner. As a student in medical school I know exactly how a physician should treat a patient and Dr. Dawson blew me away. She was professional yet eased my nervousness during the visit. She was easy to talk to and listened to my concerns. She will be my primary care physician from this point on and it only took one visit to make this decision.

Only reason we waited a long time is because we were at a clinic.

I recently moved from another state and I initially met Dr. Dawson when I suffered a back injury. She was caring, professional and thorough. I was impressed with her bedside manner and follow-up so much that I made her my primary care physician. Since then she has often gone above and beyond to attend to my medical needs including referring me to a specialist when necessary. I'm very happy with my decision.
