Dr. Tamilla Ann Fork, MD

Took me 2 months to get my annual appointment. When my appointment day arrived, Dr. Fork’s office called and cancelled my appointment. I do understand emergencies arise, but when I called to reschedule, I was given an appointment another month away. I then explained that I waited 2 months for the prior appointment only for it to be cancelled an hour before and if there were any accommodations made for such an issue. The person on the phone could literally care less and told me, with an attitude, “well that’s the earliest appointment she has”. No concern or even an apology for cancelling my appointment in the first place. And by the way every time I had to call the office, the annoying automated ClevelandClinic system put me on hold and I had to wait for 15 to 30 minutes before either hanging up or finally getting someone on the phone. There is no way I would ever reschedule with this doctor or any doctor with the Cleveland Clinic. They could care less about their patients.

I recently had my yearly check up. This is toy first time with Dr Folk. She had no personality. I felt rushed. Her staff has the same behavior. They are cold and unfriendly. Very disappointed with Dr fork. She is cold and unfriendly. I wouldn’t recommend her. I am surprise that Cleveland clinic employs a doctor that has no bedside manners. Also her staffs is abrupt and cold like her. Terrible

Rude, Impersonal, lacks empathy and in a hurry to get to her next patient. Doesn't engage in any conversation. Avoid her at all costs.

I have been with Dr. Fork for several years now and she has always taken her time with me, but this year was a bit different. I felt her personality lacked and her persona was like she could not be bothered with you . I was a bit disappointed. I was in pain during the exam of a routine pap. I just felt this year she was much different than the years past. I can honestly say I felt a bit uncomfortable.

I went to Dr. Fork for the first time about 2006-8.

I had a appointment to have surgery but decided not to be put to sleep and another doctor did it. I would like to get a appointment for GYN if I can do it now. We have been in Thailand with our son and family and am trying to get an appoint now. Thank you and your nurse and was so nice also and wish everyone was the same

I was going to make an appointment with Dr. Tamilla Fork but after reading all these disappointing reviews, I'll keep looking for a Dr. that does care about the patient, & listens & answers questions with human kindness & respect!

Dr. Fork is personable, spends time with me and one does not feel rush to get out.

My visit with Dr. Fork was my first experience with a gynecologist and I am so sad that this was my introduction to the ob/gyn medical field. When I arrived, I was extremely nervous and uncomfortable because I'd never been to a doctor this personal before. I let Dr. Fork know about my discomfort in hopes that she might take extra effort to calm my anxieties and build doctor-patient trust. She did not. She gave little to no explanation of what she was doing as she stuck cold hard utensils in me while I began crying. Her lack of empathy or basic human regard for me as a vulnerable young patient was disgusting. When I expressed disinterest in hormonal birth control to curb menstrual pain, she treated me like an idiot and told me that "there isn't much else we can do if you're unwilling to use the pill". No medical professional should be unwilling to explore other avenues of treatment! In what seemed like a move of spite, I was told I needed a "transvaginal ultrasound" - a procedure where… a technician lubes up a fore-arm length wand and inserts it into you, moving it around inside of your body. I suffered through this experience and had to call her office over many weeks to force the (meaningless) results from them. I was 19 years old and my entire experience with Dr. Fork left me feeling medically violated. I have not been to a gynecologist since then because I am so traumatized and worried I might have a similar experience again. It's literally taken me years to be comfortable talking about my appointment with Dr. Fork. I genuinely believe that someone with her bedside manner should not be a licensed medical doctor. I can only pray for her other young patients. Please, don't give this monster your time, money, or trust.

Dr. Fork is the kindest, most accurate Dr I have ever known. Dr Fork has diagnosed several conditions of mine with 100% accuracy. When I needed a referral to a surgeon she sent me to the best. I trust her with my life. I would recommend Dr Fork to anyone in need of a trustworthy, kind, accurate Dr who actually cares about her patients
