Worse doctor, by far, than any doctor I have ever seen. Uninterested in patient, so much so, that she appears to be icompetent.

Continuity of care and customer service is not a priority of this group. After my physician, Dr. Bloom, left. I wasn't called, sent a letter or notified. Instead, I found out when my medication refill was ignored. I called the office and tried to schedule an appointment. That's when I was notified that Dr. Bloom wasn't there. I scheduled with the new doctor, Dr. Ziegler. Before hanging up, I let the lady know that I was out of my medication and needed a refill to cover me until my appointment. I asked if Dr. Ziegler would approve that or not. The woman responed, "Maybe she would and maybe she wouldn't." Nice! After no refill was called in, I left a message for Dr. Ziegler nurse making it clear I was in desperate need of my medication. I also sent a message through the MyChart. No response. Do not go here. I used Galileo Health to chat with a doctor who promptly refilled my medication.

I love Dr: Ziegler. I was a patient of her’s till I lost her. I’ve been looking for her and I am glad to find her again. I missed her and was sad. She is the best

When I first became a patient of Dr. Ziegler I would leave following my exam feeling something was unusual but could not pinpoint exactly what, during my third visit I realized what the issue was, I never felt that I was being rushed.Dr. Ziegler was actually concerned with my situation and encouraged communication. She makes it obvious that you and an accurate diagnosis are more important than a speedy appointment. Dr. Ziegler will go the extra mile for her patients. How often have you received a personal call from your doctor to reassure that all is being done to assist you? I did receive an appreciated an unexpected call as I am sure many of her patients have when necessary. When you are being treated by Dr. Ziegler you will know you are her main concern.
