Dr. Tannaz Meisami, MD

Dr. Meisami is just hands-down the best doctor ever, anywhere. I truly count my lucky stars that she is my physician - she's compassionate, she really listens to what you're saying (even if it's a little nutso) and she always gets the diagnosis right! Our visits never feel rushed, are always right on time and she's responsive over NextMD, their patient portal. She goes the extra mile to make sure that you've discussed everything that's on your mind. On top of that, she is just a really nice person and I look forward to seeing her!

Hands down Dr. Meisami is the best doctor in the OC. I have been seeing her for years and her knowledge, bedside manner and professionalism is beyond top notch. I wouldn't waste my time recommending someone for anything if I didn't believe that it was 100% true. She is in a class of her own and if you selected her as your PCP then you would agree.

I had really bad asthma. I had Kaiser hmo insurance. Kaiser would do everything they could not to give me the medicines I needed. Instead they would give me strange cheap breathing objects/devices to use in order to strengthen my lungs. None of it worked. I left Kaiser, with my asthma worse than ever. I heard about Dr. Meisami from a friend. I went for an appointment, she listened to my issue and recommended some healthy practices and gave me the proper medication for my asthma. I feel like a different person, my asthma is very controlled now! Thanks to Dr. Meisami, I don't even use the inhaler anymore. She continues to care and help me sustain my good health. She actually cares and does not waste any time getting to the bottom of the issue at hand. BEST doctor ever!

Dr. Meisami is the type of doctor you dream about - listens, explains and takes her time to make sure you get the most accurate diagnosis possible. She is pleasant and helpful, plus quite knowledgeable. Male or female, you will not be sorry selecting her as your GP.

Great doctor -- she made my first appointment with her efficient and very comfortable. Very easy to talk to! Am so glad to have found her and will definitely recommend to friends and family!

My friend and co-worker recently referred me to Dr. Meisami at Newport Family Medicine. She truly is a phenomenal doctor! She is very knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. The staff was very professional and went above a beyond to make me feel comfortable.

The Doctor might be great, but her staff are HORRIBLE. these ppl need a training in health care communication. Train you staff doctor, before hiring them. Some teenagers at the frontdesk make medical decition....this is ridiculous, you would expect more professionalism at this office. CHANGE THE DOCTOR ,

Dr. Meisami is the best doctor I have ever experienced, she is incredible! Her bedside manner is above and beyond most doctors and her knowledge and understanding are MORE than excellent. I have been seeing her for a few years now and I'm always able to get in to see her either same day or the next day. Her office staff is great and Newport Family Medicine is a wonderful practice. I recommend Dr. Meisami to all my friends and family she is that good. I'm not one to comment on many things but I swear I can't stop saying enough good things about her. If you are lucky enough to have her as your doctor, count your blessings.
