Dr. Tanya Mack Horne, MD

Dr. Horne is listed on my parents' bill as their primary physician. My parents are in their late 80's and living in a very nice assisted living facility. This practice provides medical care for the residents. In four months of trying to communicate with this doctor's office, only once has a live person answered the phone. They took a message and no one returned the call. I have left messages multiple times. The only department that returns calls is the billing department. Any message concerning my parents' condition, referrals, treatment, or appointments is ignored. I am the legal representative for my parents. They can not remember the visits or many things the doctor or ARNP says, sometimes forgetting the visit all together. It is unacceptable that they will not communicate with their only advocate. BTW I am local and visit often.
