Dr. Tao Yu, MD

I would give it a 0 star if it's available. I am in good physical condition with a few minor issues, never thought a simple annual check up would turn out to be so dramatic. Dr. Yu is extremally business oriented and unprofessional, she just hang up on me during a follow up call. She was constantly pushing me to come back for a follow up visit after receiving my blood work, even after I told her that I don't have time for the follow up now since I have two medical procedures ahead of me in Feb, I would rather wait for those two procedures' results to come out first. I told her that I am not comfortable that she's been so pushy after she suggested to do a video appointment with her. She literally told me go find another doctor if you don't adhere to my follow up rules. You got it! I've been to that place three times so far, unlike other Chinese doctor's clinic in Rockville area, that place is always empty, I haven't seen anyone waiting in the waiting room during my visits, now I know… why. One word in Chinese to Dr. Yu- ?????,????????!

After my previous physician starting to collect annual membership fee of $1800, I decided it's time to look for a good physician who's not that money hungry and cares about patient's well beings more than just money. I'm glad I found Dr. Yu right in the same building(wish I found her earlier). She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and spend time to learn my medical history in details and very patiently answers my questions and concerns. Excellent doctor. I'll be gladly recommend her to my friends.
