Here’s a shorter version: Dr Srivastava is great at guiding conversations, listening with care, and moving things forward with a sensible plan. She engages as both a thoughtful person and an educated professional, without condescension or arrogance, even on a busy schedule.

Dr. Sriv is thorough, super intelligent, great communicator and compassionate.

Dr. Srivasatava treat both me and my adult daughters. She has always shown us compassion and spent as much time with us as we have needed answering all questions and ordering tests and referrals when necessary. She is quite knowledgeable even about a rare disorder that my daughter and I share. My only negative comment is that she does not have sufficient support staff in the way of nurses to respond to urgent needs. Not her fault...the office needs to spend the money on more help. I have been going to her for 3 years and couldn't be happier.

Went in for a physical and Dr Srivastava barely examinined me. Her answer to any issue discussed was medication. Her behavior made me question her certification and education. Look elsewhere.

My origanal primary care Dr. had retired and they transfered me over to Dr. Srivastava. I have neevr met her before but made an appointment to get a pysical. When i shoed up for my appointment she hadn't even been in the office yet. After waiting 30 minutes i went to the front desk and asked if she was in yet or had called in to say how much longer she would be and the woman at the desk said she hadn't called. After 45 minutes i left! I will now look for a new and better primary care doctor

She was my primary Doctor until recently and she was horrible. I always had to wait at least a half hour and she would come in and out very quickly and was very quick to medicate or send me off to a specialist in something when she could do a test to find out what is wrong.
