Dr. Tara Renee Brown, DO

Been a patient of hers for 3 years and it seems each year she get's worse about listening. She'll say I have a illness I don't have, then forget about a condition I actually do have. We'll talk about a chronic illness and have no plan for treatment or monitoring. Then a year or so later she'll act surprised I'm still having symptoms of that illness. Orders a lot of expensive tests then doesn't seem to do anything with the findings. I had to go see another physician for a second opinion about my results to get any sort of doctor discussion of my test results.

Dr. Brown is very caring. She listens to my needs and addresses those, but she also is able to keep the appointment targeted at what she sees needs to be addressed as well. I get comprehensive care!

Never felt like my concerns about treatment were listened to. Tried to discuss my treatment plan and the concern about the medication that she wanted to put me went unacknowledged. Even when she did address my concerns she just kept wanting to set me up for a re-evaluation appointment. Finally got feed up with spending the co-pay and not have my concerns meet or answered. Have not and will not be bad.

I have been Dr Brown’s patient since the first day she came to Mosaic. She is the only physician that listens to me and ALL of my symptoms. We have a plan when I leave her office which I love. I have noticed that the longer she is with Mosaic, the wait times have been have been a little bit longer. Can’t blame that when you doctor with her! The only “complaint” that I have is I’m not that impressed with her nursing staff. I absolutely love her phone tech Shea! Shea ALWAYS tries to work with me and I love her for that. Dr Brown is a real human being!

Late for appointments. Last time she got snippy when I complained about the longer than normal wait time. Was more worried about a four year old stress test than treating the symptoms I had with head and chest . I signed a release form for the third time. Left the office with no plan for my problems. After leaving office, I called for the stress test results, they said Mosiac only asked for notes. We called because mosaic could,nt get them. Poorly run and will not be back.
