how in the heck can a rating of 3.5 stars out of 5 be GREAT

One of the best doctors I've seen, but is no longer at the Aubrey location. Was told by one of her former nurses that I could thank BSW for that. I can't find her anywhere now, and have been left without a PCP. If anyone finds her, please reply to my post or list her contact information here. <3

I too miss her. She has help me resolve medical issue, helped my husband and I was working on my mom. If anyone knows what new location she has moved to please share...i want to make the move with her. She listens, advises, takes her time with you and explain details. Very good doctor like the old days.

I miss her. She has been my doctor for 7 years. Followed her from Denton to Aubrey. Where has she gone to?

Dr. Chang has really helped me and I highly respect her. She really knows what she is doing and gets to the problem and solves it and doesn’t overmedicate. She has since left Baylor-White and I will truly miss her. I wish I knew where she will set up her practice next.

LISTENS, doesn't rush you out of the office!

I called and scheduled a physical as a new patient. I arranged child care for my son but they called the day before and changed the appointment because they had double-booked. Dr Chang was cordial and I was happy with the new switch—until I got the bill: $280.00 for a SICK visit. I was not sick. When I called to dispute it, the billing department submitted my claim, but later came back and told me that they were not changing it because I told the doctor about two health concerns and she changed the visit to a sick visit. Of course I told them about my health history—but I had no idea that telling them about my low iron would cost me the status of a physical visit. When I asked about the high charge, they said it was because the doctor spent so much time with me. She did talk to me for a while—about her step teenage daughter and her infant, etc. I had no idea I was being charged to listen to her talk about her family. So I will pay the $280, but I will NOT be going back and I will never… refer anyone to this office, as I feel this was very dishonest on their part.

My two visits with Dr Chang in 2016 and 2017 was all I needed to make up my mind that she’s not the physician for me. She seemed very uninterested in me or my chief complaints. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this office if she is still employed.

Couldn't ask for a better doctor.
