Dr. Tarek Salim Hadla, MD

Front Desk reception staff are very rude, unprofessional. They are disrespectful. When i asked for help, they were unable to help and I asked for the manager, and left several messages. So when i called back and was told that the manager was not interested with my concerns. I asked to speak to the doctor about the situation about his staff and staff responded that the doctor is not interested in my concerns and that they are all related, so there for i cant get the services that i need. So unfortunately i still have unresolved concerns. I do not recommend this unprofessional clinic.

Dr. Hadla is fantastic he truly cares and his stem cell treatments work,he and his staff are a great team and know very much what they are doing . Great job guys ??

Wife had seen him 2x when he took over part of our prior Dr.'s practice who retired. Do to her having M.S. & Dr. Hadla's specialty being sports med, we left that office & went to new Dr. Few years later we get call saying he was @ new office-I needed a physical & was having probs with my heel. Office stated he was internist who also could be seen for physicals so I decided to go to him. MISTAKE-Physical not nearly as thorough as all prior past ones, no questions about my family's pertinent info or my past pertinent info-I always have to have CXR due to an issue some years back-thought it was included on the paperwork he gave me for bloodwork-it wasn't which makes sense due to no real "talking" about past med/surg history. He didn't look at my heel first appt which was so sore I couldn't walk by end of work shift-wife called to see if anything could be phoned to pharmacy as I had been on every OTC med I could think of-he refused to call in anything-I haven't had a prescription called in… for anything stronger than antibiotics in years, so I don't know why I was left in such pain-had to wait another week for him to even look at heel. In the end, I am left with a host of issues with billing-called his billing number & they said they were confused on a few parts of it-called BCBS who then took over speaking to his billing dept-after a week of getting different answers or NO explanation for part of billing, BCBS put there own internal complaint on him. We then tried again with his billing to get some answers & we too were given the same as BCBS-wife told billing dept. that BCBS was doing internal complaint/review as they could not get to bottom of questions & had never run into such confusion. The same day I went to pick up dinner & Dr. Hadla called my home-my wife asked him to call back or I would call him right back-he said "No" he wanted to speak with her-he told her in a "tone" that he didn't appreciate his patients calling insurance co.'s re: his billing & we should have called him directly. My wife told him we had spoke to his billing dept at least 4 times which he didn't seem to know. My wife told him it was our right to call our insurance company when we are not sure of a bill being covered by them. Through this heated conversation, he asked my wife "do you want me to write off the one ultrasound-I'll write it off"-My wife said she wanted him to do it because it was the right thing to do. Then she asked him why he didn't look at my heel when I first saw him-he said BCBS wouldn't have covered my physical if he had-BCBS said that is 100% wrong. I think if he takes my insurance, he should know how it operates. He also sold me a foot brace which I could have got for free from BCBS IF he had just written a script for it & I got it from a medical supply store. I am still dealing with this as I am reporting the entire incident to the State Licensing Board that BCBS gave me the info for (phone #). I still have a sore foot so I will only be going back to him to get my records & return my brace as he stated I could, unless he has changed his mind like he did on writing the one ultrasound off-I called his office a couple days later & was told it was NOT written off-I then tried to call Dr. Hadla as he told me to & he was on vacation-I left message for him to call me the day he returned & was told he would-I never got the call. My wife relapsed due to the 25 min phone call of arguments that I walked in on & heard before I took phone from her. I'm in my 50's & have NEVER had a Dr. call my home for anything other than to check up on me-never to yell or argue with me or my wife because we AND the insurance co. could not figure out the bill. Would NOT recommend for anything more than maybe a sports injury, however, in all honesty, I don't think even then I would considering the mess I'm dealing with due to Dr. Hadla & how he felt it was OK to speak to my wife the way he did-unacceptable & unbelievable.

i 've been to so many orthopedic docs and physiatrists and sports medicine without any help for my knee pain.Dr. Hadla, sports medicine, has a unique clinical approach .He explains in details the issues and disease process. Very omasionate with accurate diagnosis and spot-on-treatment.Highly highly recommended.

One of the best Doctor's I have seen, he listens and stays in the room for a decent amount of time, the staff is great only a few girls there but are all kind and friendly.

First I want to say this is for his practice at 1611 Monroe in Dearborn. Dr Hadla is a good docto it the young girl who answers the phone thats the problem. I called with an urgent matter (which turned out to be a kidney infection) and "annabelle" said she couldnt get me in for two weeks, huh??? I ended up in Urgent Care, 1000 later with a kidney infection. I was told It was imperative to follow up in 10 days, after relaying the info to "annabelle" I couldnt get an appt for two weeks and she refused to let me talk to a nurse.

Very Professional..takes his time and listens to you throughly and addresses all your concerns...highly highly recommended...no doubt about it...best physician I ever had...Thank you Dr. Hadla...

Prescriptions not called in.Phone calls not returned.Repeatedly asked for tests that were put off.

Will come again and again...Highly recommended...very professional ...

Highly recommended. Never expected such an amazing professionalism. Exceeded my expectations. I would definitely go back again and again.
