Many concerns about privacy and care with this office. I definitely would not recommend for child psychology.

I have a appointment coming up next month can someone tell me what kind of insurance as in what kind of Medicaid does he take what type if someone knows please tell me asap please

When we finally switched doctors (because we felt that Dr. Dwivedi was not listening to us) we had our daughter's records sent to a new doctor. Upon examining those records, we found that Dr. Dwivedi referred to her as a boy and wrote things in the notes about soccer practice and other sports. My daughter does not play sports. I KNOW now that he was never listening (and apparently not even looking at her). He apparently took someone else's notes and just copy-pasted them into my daughter's file.

I have been going to this practice for 4 years. I have been on the medicine and doing what the doctor recommended. My son also goes here. We have been doing well. They are always available and concerned about our needs. I have been able to focus, work and even achieve higher education. I highly reccomend you choose this doctor and follow his orders. Mental Illnesses are part of the health spectrum that takes time to see what medicines and therapy works for you.

Dr. is a disgrace to all Psyciatrist that chose this field to actually help people. At my son's appointment he didnt even know what he had diagnosed him with and could not answer any questions about the side effects of the medications that he prescribed. Only wants to treat mental illness by over prescribing medications at the cost of his patients that should be able to trust him to do what's in their best interest. Dr. was so flustered by the medical questions I was asking that at the end of the appointment he handed me 4 other patient's chart notes. He has been reported for hippa violation and is unfit to practice!

At my first visit when I was 16, he refused to even look at me and only talked to my mom for an hour after which he prescribed 4 meds (ADD, antipsychotic, antidepressant, anxiety). I hated them and asked him to change them several times over the next 1.5 years and he refused. He only saw me once every 3 months. His staff was friendly but apparently ineffective as my mental state worsened during my time there. After I left, I got to see his records for me (RoseMary) and there were whole paragraphs that referred to me as "he/him/his". The entire report was copy pasted from appt. to appt. I borderline want to sue for what he did to me.

I went to see this doctor and was very disgusted with him. He had always been borderline innapropriate with the hugs he's give me and the telling me he loved me. He even asked if me and my husband ever had anal sex and said we should try it. The last time I was in his office he showed me an article about cheating on your spouse because I came in and said i was having sexual issues due to medications. He then continued to ask me questions I guess under the cover of a sexual history but his questions were what position do you and your husband use to make you come. Does you husband play with you and make you come. Do you have sex toys you use on yourself to make you come. He just kept asking the question what makes you come. It was extremely uncomfortable and in my opinion unprofessional. The truth is I've only continued to see him because of his staff being so nice. He also saw my husband and on a few occasions would have both of us come in as one appointment to talk with him. All he… does is talk into the microphone in the computer after he made those vile questions to me. I will not ever be going back to his office and I hope the ladies who read this will find another doctor!

Visit began with over 45 minute delay. Went into office, not a good initial impression, not child or adolescent friendly, one wall filled with plaques. During psychiatric evaluation, didn't talk to child at all. Took phone calls during appt, had ? wife bring coffee to him. Spent more time documenting and dictating during appt then talking with us. Dictated incorrect information and conversation with parent that had not occured. Gave very vague information about drugs, side effects and drug interaction. Insisted we use his Social Worker for counselling. Sited better communication, but doubt the true motive. Being a RN for 30 years, I've never seen this type of interview technique or having visit dictated periodically through out a visit. Priority was on documentation. Very impersonal and lacked rapport building. I certainly would never take another child to this office. Seemed more like a "rubber stamp" of the psychiatry mill.

This man should NOT be allowed to practice medicine! Anywhere! He's rude, arrogant, and obnoxious. He just follows the money. He put my 12 yr old on 2 narcotics based on a 20 minute talk with my son's father. He refuses to listen to any of my concerns about the effect his dope his having on my son.

Dr. Dwivedi is a great Pyschiatrist he has helped my teenage daughter and our family so much. He has helped us transform our family that was once a chaotic mess into a happy functioning one. I will forever be greatful!!! I would NEVER say this doctor is out for the money, he has a heart of gold.
