Dr. Tatiana Korol

Dental hygienist sanded and cut the side opening of my mouth with the electric polish spinner tool. The spinner had grated polish product that made the cut deeper. It took of a slice of my skin. When I close my mouth you can see the slice of skin missing on the corner. During the cleaning he used the pulsing cleaning drill to run it on my gums and the roof of my mouth and in the center of my teeth instead of between it. My gums and roof of my mouth is inflamed. The enamel of my teeth is sensitive now. I told the dentist I am bleeding and a slice of skin is removed from the electric polish spinner tool. The dentist put ointment and numbing agent in my mouth/lips and told me there is nothing wrong. I am traumatized from this experience. I left the office trembling.

Dr. Korol has been my dentist for 10 year. She is extremely professional and personable. I am extremely happy with the work that she does and recommend her to all my family and friends.

Before this this office engaged in any kind of procedure, I inquired as to whether my insurance will cover it. I was assured with utter confidence that yes, of course, "you'll never receive a bill from us." I would not have allowed any procedure had I been told no, your insurance does not cover this. They still sent a bill. The office fails to take responsibility for their words. Patients beware, and instead of needing to take everything this office conveys with a grain of salt just go to any of the two dozen other dentists in the 3 mile radius.

STAY AWAY!!!! Ruined my teeth! She did 5 cavities that I did not need. In few months, those had to be replaced with root canals!!! She is all in for the money. Very unprofessional and rude!!!! Do no go under any circustmances!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!
