Worst experience ever in my life! Made appointment to Dr Tatiana korol on 12/23/2022 for regular check up cleaning and to put back my crown that fell off. I waited hour In a WaIting room, then they put me in patient room where I waited long time as well, eventually hygienist came took some x rays and started to clean my teeth, I told her that my teeth very sensitive! But she didn’t really care, she had such a bad attitude,got very upset on me because I felt pain,she was so inpatient and annoyed, even though she saw my pain she didn’t care. She didn’t finish regular cleaning teeth procedure. prophylaxis cleaning after Removing tartar and plague which was painful( something could be avoided) she could put numbing gel, something that people who have sensitive teeth will have, if she was good and proffecional hygienist she would suggest me ( as I had it before during my dentist visits ) and she SKiP POLISHING! Something than not really must but very good think to do , and I Allways had it… before ! Once she finish to clean my teeth ( which took 10-15 min ) not as it’s suppose to take at least 30 min , she left , then I was waiting forever in chair , I heard dentist talking to other patient about procedure patient will get, no privacy whatsoever ! Eventually dentist came to my room and I explained that my crown fell and need to be fixed, also I said I have pain in my other tooth , she said she don’t see any problem on x- ray but it might be problem in gum and she will check, she never checked my teeth! She left the room and guy came to put the crown on my tooth , I didn’t even knew who he is, he did not introduce himself, when he put crown on my tooth it felt high and uncomfortable, then he said that my crown or teeth need to be drilled to make it lower, I said I don’t want my tooth to be drilled, then he said he will call the doctor, doctor came in and said that she don’t want to take responsibility if my crown would broke ( I have Zirconia crown which is most expensive) she also said that she don’t want to drill tooth ( reducing tooth ) because tooth alive - no root canal there, she also said “ if I brake your crown for sure I will not get you new one!” Such a bad attitude and not proffecional ! Good dentist will never say such a think , they will fix it ! They returned me my money and I left crying , I waisted my time there for nothing! This place is so bad ! Dentist make you favor she is even looking at you! And she never checked my painful tooth , she saw me crying at waiting room and left ! I didn’t wanted to go to this dentist in first place because so many bad reviews but I needed to put my crown back, now I need to find another dentist to put back my crown and to check my tooth that hurts, I do have government insurance. I think if you patient that don’t bring them money to office they will treat you like sh…it , I went to many dentists in my life , some very good some so so but tatiana korol is bad dentist , and if you go there,,,,, good luck! When I heard and see how office operated I already knew it’s not good , I needed to leave right away ! Update- went to other dentist who fixed the crown without any problem , also he checked my teeth and said I need cleaning- ( LOL I did cleaning at Dr tatiana Korol office, now need to do cleaning again) also doctor checked my tooth that hurt - which Dr tatiana didn’t even bother to check- I have problem there - most likely inflammation and need to do root canal , As I said - read reviews before you go to doctor , don’t ignore bad reviews - or you will pay high price - emotionally and financially , and it’s not like your physician doctor that if you don’t like , ok change him. But dentist - choose carefully or u will end up doing cleaning again , waisting time and money and reevaluating why your teeth hurt Because insurance paid for my cleaning at doctor Tatiana office and I can’t do cleaning again ,( unless I spend my own pocket money which I don’t have) and because of so bad tre
