Dr. Tatyana Andrews, MD

Dr. Tatyana Andrews was my OBGYN for the pregnancy and birth of my first child. I am very anxious when it comes to health care and she was always incredibly kind, patient, and professional. Halina, the office manager, was also incredibly kind and helpful when setting up my appointments and helping file my FMLA paperwork. Dr. Andrews is an absolute treasure of a doctor and I am incredibly lucky and grateful that I found her practice. I saw her for all of my appointments, and she there to deliver my baby on a Saturday. There are almost no doctors like this left that still accept insurance. Most other practices will force you to rotate through a team of 5+ physicians for each appointment, and you won't know which one will deliver your child until the time of birth. That is what makes Dr. Andrews so special - you will have the benefit of seeing a doctor that treats you like a human being and can actually follow the progression of your pregnancy. Thank you Dr. Andrews for everything… you do for your patients; please know that your work makes such a big difference in our lives.

I came to Dr. Andrews after my first pregnancy with another doctor that took terrible care of me. Dr. Andrews from day one took me under her care and made it a point to be thorough, thoughtful, patient, and always so incredible. She took me through my second pregnancy and delivered my second son. She held me through my spinal during my surgery, contacted me to make sure I didn’t go into labor while she was away on VACATION!! And her staff?! Omg, what can I say about them that would clearly express everything they did for me. The kindness and thoughtfulness was unmatched. They always went above and beyond and made me feel like family anytime I visited the office. Katya and Helena are amazing women and I was so glad to share this experience with this practice. This was the best decision I ever made and to prove it I drive 1 hr to make the visits! Thank you Jersey Care OBGYN. You gave me what the other doctor took from me… happiness when bringing life into the world.

I wish I can give zero stars. One star is too generous for this doctor and her rude staff. Beside her unclean and unsanitary office. Since I stepped in, Dr. Andrews insisted that I should have IUD as my birth control method. I explained to her that I had it before and I wasn’t happy so she was forcing me to do it against my will to the point of stopping prescribing birth control bills all of a sudden. She doesn’t care if i get pregnant, all she cares about is making money. So I moved on with my life to another doctor but guess what her rude staff refused to transfer my record before my appointment because they are to busy to make a copy for me to pick up. The receptionist was loud and yelling at me because I’m interrupting her busy schedule and I have to wait at least two weeks after I go first to sign a release form. So unprofessional, no wonder her office is empty. I’m not sure how she got 4 stars reviews, it’s probably her friends and family trying to get her some victim patients.

Dr Andrews is very knowledgeable and caring doctor, she spends time with you and makes sure she finds the right solution. She was able to figure out that antibiotics prescribed to me in the emergency room were incorrect, and she gave me the proper combination of treatment that started working right away. She is a wonderful doctor, and I greatly recommend her.

Dr. Andrews is a wonderful OB/GYN! She is very professional, listens to all my concerns, and does everything she possibly can to take care of any problems I am having. I highly recommend this doctor!

The best OBGYN I have ever seen!

Excellent doctor, great bedside manner.

Her office staff members are completely inefficient. They speak Russian to each other in front of you and it's hard to understand them when they speak English. They can be rude as well if you catch them on a bad day - get a morning appointment, they're more pleasant then. They also routeinly mess up your billing and information. I thought having an appointment time was a waste because I always had to wait an hour regardless. Dr. Andrews was never rude to me but she was also not very invested either. She never explained anything or made sure I understood what was happening. I can give you zero information about what was given to me when I was induced (besides the epidural.) I wish she would have told me the pros and cons of being induced - I would have decided not to. It was my first baby and I got more information out of the book "What to Expect When You're Expecting" than her. I understand she can't explain every tiny detail of the process, but I was told next to nothing. Her… mantra was "everything looks good, do you have any questions? Ok, I need blood work, see you next month." I think she's a good doctor, but terrible with the bedside manner. If you do not care about bedside manner or inefficient office staff, than she's your doc!

You never get in at the time you make your appointment and everyone in the office speaks another language to each other which makes things very uncomfortable.
