Dr. Taura Laverne Long, MD

Dr. Long was my primary care doc. I had a very personal issue and so I called and left a message with her nurse -- no call back ... for weeks. I called a few weeks later about something certainly not life-threatening, again no call back. I called and asked the receptionist if I could talk to Dr. Long and Dr. Long's nurse called back. She said they were dealing with the first issue by getting a referral to another doc. This would have been nice to know, but anyway I don't think it was the truth. I think the truth is the nurse was not dealing with calls and then tried to get in the way of Dr. Long finding out. I am finding another doctor. Too bad; Dr. Long is a great doctor.

I absolutely loved the care I received from Dr. Long. She is not only attentive to your care, she makes a point to focus on her overall health. She listens and monitors your plan of care to make sure it's appropriate as well as effective.She also focuses on the community becoming healthier. She is an excellent professional and individual. I have no complaints about the care I have received, she truly cares about her patients.

I saw Dr. Long about 2 year ago. She is a wonderful caring Dr. She listen and asked lots of guestions that were related to my healthcare. I would love to get back on her paient list.

The best doctor ever

I am very pleased with the healthcare support I have been given by Dr. Long for my daughter and myself.

If it weren't for Dr. Long's attention to my age and medical possibilities, and running tests I'd never had previously (PSA speciffically), I would not be writing this review.

Excellent doctor with great bedside manner. We were trying to make another appointment with her and found out that she left the office. I wish I knew where she went because we love her.
