Saw Dr. Tidmore for the first time today. He was prompt, courteous, answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. He seemed very competent and I'm confident with his diagnosis, prognosis and recommendations.

He took his time, listened to me, and I never felt rushed. After asking specific questions about my vertigo, he examined me thoroughly and explained about the inner ear. He performed the Epley Maneuver and set up an appointment for rehab, and I walked out of his office with no vertigo! I liked him and couldn't have been more pleased. He was skilled, and I was impressed. Would definitely recommend him!

I agree with the other reviews. This Dr has a horrible bedside manner. He recommends that I have surgery for deviated septum and I am a cash patient. When I told his office I could not afford the surgery they did nothing more for me. No phone call back or anything, yes the lady at the front desk is nice but this Dr really needs to find another profession his bedside manner sucks.

Have had significant enlarged neck masses for the past year. Recently started causing pain. Waited for two weeks to see this "doctor" because I thought that I would finally have answers. What a joke. I could tell from the minute he walked in it wasn't going to go well. He was incredibly arrogant and made me feel like I didn't know what was going on with my own body. He told me that the MASSES in my neck were from my TMJ. I also asked for different allergy medication since the one I was taking wasn't helping. He completely blew me off and offered me no further testing except to give me the name of an oral surgeon who could "fix" my TMJ. Gee whiz, thanks a bunch. I won't be recommending you to anyone. The only reason I didn't give his office a run of 1 stars was because of the only kind lady in the office, the secretary.

Referred to this doctor by PCP. Requested seasoned doctor but was assigned to least experienced. Waited 3 1/2 weeks with severe ear pain. In the meantime had to visit PCP twice and walk-in clinic twice for bandaid fix while waiting for appointment. They don't offer a cancellation/waiting list. I gave staff two stars because of the indifference portrayed by a staff person while I was trying to secure an earlier appointment. They were put out that I was inquiring about cancellations. Unnecessary & unprofessional. However, the staff upon checkin/out were friendly and professional. The best part of this experience was the doctor was prompt about coming into the room. The actual appointment only lasted 5 minutes, if that. I was given no explanation for the ear pain, other than to stop using Q-Tips, which had stopped three weeks earlier. There was absolutely "no offer" of any further testing to determine the origin of the ear pain. I was stunned at the absence of follow through. To allow a… patient to leave a doctor's appointment knowing that they're still having significant ear pain and that they waited to come to you because that's your field of speciality, and the patient is asking what could be causing it and to not be given any possibile answers, then to show no interest whatsoever in doing further testing to try and find out, is nothing short of incompetence. Sad to say, but this guy is absolutely in the wrong profession or in it for the wrong reason.
