My first visit was wonderful.He seems kind and he listens to you.His staff are helpful and greet you with a smile coming and leaving.I feel I am in good hands and blessed to have found this Dr.

my father passed out in front of me, took him to the er where we were told we needed a neurologist, Dr Barber it was,,, we got in very quickly he ordered some testing and followed up, a very kind and caring man, we will see him in the future is needed... A++++

I had scheduled an EMG at Mercy St. Anne's. I arrived on time and waiting a long time for registration. Once I went into office for test, the nurse came to the window and stated Dr. Barber cancelled your test because you were late. I was not late. After reviewing his reviews, I am thankful he cancelled because I certainly do not want an unprofessional physician to perform any test on me!

This dr. Who knew nothing about me gave me like a work physical saw me tops 10 minutes then overroad my neurologist's return to work date. He was 2nd opinion for employer. Destroyed my life I will lose my car. Joke of a dr.

Started going to Dr Barber a year ago - He is very caring and understanding and would recommend him to others that need his care.

You have got to be kidding! This doctor lacks any perceivable level of bedside manner. He lacked any level of caring. His demeanor indicated a total lack of interest in ultimately helping with the medical issue. He seemed perturbed for anyone to accompany the patient and ask any questions. Never in my life have I been with a physician who showed so little compassion or, more so, showed a lack of concern for the patient or an interest in resolving the medical problem at hand. Did not even shake hands upon entering the room and did not say goodbye, have a nice day, or shake hands upon leaving the examination room.

I went to my neurologist appt., within 2 minutes after the DR left me and went back to his office, I had forgotten to ask him for a RX for a CAT SCAN which I need every 2 years. I knocked on his office door and he replied "Come in". I opened the door, he jumped from his chair, pointed and began mouthing at me, "GET OUT, GET OUT"!I was soo shook up, I cried and cried....he scared the crap outta me and I'm feeling, after 18 years, as his patient and never seeing him this way, I cannot trust him.I told the off. mgr. if I hadn't known him for so many years, I would have considered this as an attack for the way he lurched out of his seat at me. If I had stepped one foot into his off. he may have hit me with his arm throwing finger, over and over!He refuses to apologize saying I should not have knocked on his door!I have hundreds of comment on my websites concerning this incident...not pleasant. Here's just one.."The difference between God almighty and a "bad" doctor Is God does not wake up… thinking he is a doctor."

My Dad had a relapse, the doctor wouldn't call back, his staff was courteous at first. He decided to go to the office w/o an appointment becuase he couldn't walk, they refused to see him. Very upset with his performance.
