Dr. Tejinder Singh Virdee, MD

I have taken my children to Dr Virdee's office for years, with never anything but thankfulness and relief that such a wonderful doctor and staff are available in Hornell. My kids are now adults and they won't consider going anywhere else. Dawn Steiger is the best nurse practitioner I've ever encountered, and has cared for her patients with love, compassion, and proven skill for many years. This is a great practice.

Made a joke about cancer in front of my kid. I am a cancer survivor. Very inappropriate. Always answered questions about my child's symptoms vaguely. Always in a rush and acted impatient when I asked questions. Everyone in office was rude impatient and patronizing. Heard good things so I stayed for a year. 1 year was more than enough. Never coming back again.

Dr.Virdee is one of the best my children love him. His new staff needs to do a lot better they have a lot to learn.

I used to like Virdee Medical, but anymore the doctors have their noses in the computers they carry around and the secretaries are rude. I've used them for almost 3 years with my oldest child, but with my second child they have been awful. They never give me an accurate diagnosis of what is wrong with my child and ask for tests that are unnecessary. It's all about money. My questions are never answered thoroughly and everyone is always in a rush to get you out the door. I'll never go back.

The nurses are rude and talk about people when others in the waiting room can hear.
