Dr. Terence Lee Moraczewski, MD

I had my annual physical with this doctor and got a surprising bill later in the mail. It was $200 some dollars. I was shocked. I called up the office asking why I was billed for an annual physical while it should have been fully covered by my insurance. I was told that the reason I was billed for the $200 some amount was due to the doctor’s spending 15 minutes in answering my questions. How ridiculous! I never knew I was not supposed to ask my doctor questions during the check-up and that he had zero interest in my health but timing me for additional dollars! I was beyond upset when I heard their explanation. I could not believe my ears and definitely will not pay this $200 dollars bill which should never have been sent to me at all! And certainly I will caution anybody who plans to visit this doctor. You might want to bring a timer with you to avoid being billed for “additional” questions.

The most difficult thing about Dr. Moraczewski is learning to pronounce his name. I've been getting by with "more-a-CHESS-kee". Dr. M. has a philosophical bent which I feel enriches his diagnoses. He is an intense listener, and will likely hear important information that you didn't exactly mean to say. He has an unyielding moral code which will not let him prescribe anything that he feels would be contraindicated in any way. I'm convinced he has the patient's ultimate best interests at heart, and I feel secure that if I would do everything that Dr. M. recommends, I would enjoy more strength and better health. Unfortunately, I sometimes fall short of putting his full plan into action. If you are hoping to find a primary care doctor who will give you real guidance and take the time necessary to get to the bottom of your situation, I don't think you could find many doctors who would be as dutiful, insightful or as respectful in his treatment plan as Dr. Moraczewski.

In the office 1 hr. 45min. Saw him 5 min. Didn't check breathing or anything. In fact, did not even touch me. Never again.
