Dr Bratton is a excellent doctor,she’s been taking care of my son’s asthma since he was born.She always explains everything good

She talks to me and my husband like we were little kids. She cuts me off everytime I ask a question. She also assumed that my house has roaches and dustmites (that's her reason why my daughter has asthma, after we told her that we don't smoke) She is very unorganized. Always pulling up the whole chart and takes forever to pull up the right one. Every visit, I have to keep reminding her what my daughter is allergic to. She instructed me on how to give my daughter her medicine and inhaler... then the next visit, she would scold at us for giving her too much or too often... when she was the one that told us what to do. Then to top it off, she is always too close to our faces when she talks to us.. grinning all creepily. I think she just need to retired. Her attitude is as bad as her appearance.
