Dr. Teresa A Hubka, DO

If zero stars were an option, that is exactly what I would give this office. My experience with Dr. Teresa Hubka and her staff has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. The lack of professionalism and basic communication is unacceptable for a medical practice. Expect long waits in the waiting room, difficulty getting anyone to actually help you, and staff members who, in my experience, are consistently rude and dismissive. Trying to reach Dr. Hubka is another issue entirely. I have left message after message and cannot get a response. Patients should not have to repeatedly chase their physician’s office just to receive basic medical care and follow-up. Even more concerning, I have had incorrect orders written for my mammogram and ultrasound, causing unnecessary frustration and delays. When it comes to important diagnostic testing, patients should be able to expect accuracy. Most recently, I asked for help with hormone therapy and was refused assistance despite having been… seen by Dr. Hubka within the past year. Rather than receiving guidance or continuity of care, I was left feeling completely dismissed. Between the excessive waits, rude staff, unanswered messages, incorrect imaging orders, and lack of assistance when I needed medical guidance, I have lost confidence in this practice. I would not recommend Dr. Hubka’s office. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, have their calls returned, receive accurate orders, and feel that their medical concerns actually matter.

Dr. Hubka gave me to depo provera shot when I was 17 and having issues on the pill. 20 yrs later, I have been left with thyroid issues, hair loss, neck, bone and joint issues and migraines. Look up the possible horrific side effects bc she told me none. This shot is banned in Europe and Africa for good reason. I have read thousands of stories of how women's lives will never be the same. Don't let her give you that shot!!!! She never agreed it was the shot, but now I have docs who say of course it was.

I've been a patient of Dr. Hubka's for more than 20 years and think she's one of the best doctor's I've ever met. She's extremely patient, giving and empathetic and takes a holistic/functional approach to patient care. Since she spends whatever amount of time each patient needs (I've never felt rushed), she tends to run late so either book the first appt. of the day or call the day of your appt. to find out if she's running on time.

She got infuriated with her med student during my Pap smear. She inappropriately humiliated him while yelling which caused tension for myself. When Dr. Hubka took full rein she had trouble because I wasn't relaxed enough to proceed. Completely unprofessional and uncomfortable.

Love Dr. Hubka - she is the best doctor ever!

Dr Hubka is the best doctor I have ever had! I had the birth I always wanted with my daughter thanks to Dr. Hubka. She included my husband and my daughter in the whole process. I can't say enough good things about her!!!
