When you book an appointment, expect to wait for a minimum of 2 hours. You wait in the reception for an hour and a half, wait in the exam room for another 1 1/2, when she finally see you, she will not be in a hurry though. She'll make up for the long wait by chatting and chatting with you not just about your medical issues bit other stuff as well. If you are a busy person, look for another Doctor.

You may have to wait a bit (not unusable for a Dr), but its worth it. I have been a patient for 20 years and find her willing listen to you, and take the time to address your concerns. She hasn't ever given me a wrong referral.. P>S> My husband and daughters feel the same.

Very competent and compassionate doctor that spends time with you & listens to you and answers all questions.

Dr. Maqueda is a kind, caring, and very good doctor. Her time management,however, leaves something to be desired. It can take up to a MONTH to get an appointment,and when you have an appt. and arrive on time, you can still wait up to an hour or more, because she is running late.

I have been seeing Dr. Maqueda for several years. She's a wonderful physician who spends a good deal of time with the patient, really cares, and really listens. The downside of this is that she is always running behind. Expect a lengthy wait before being seen, and by lengthy, I mean HOURS. If you're lucky, you'll sit in the lobby for a full hour, but expect it to be at least two (or even more). If you can wait two months for an appointment, then hours of wait time in her office, the end result is worth it. If not, I'd recommend going elsewhere.

had to wait for a very long time; isn't open to accept this type of comment thus she opted to suggest to us to see another doctor. something's wrong with her appointment system -- 3pm becomes 4pm!

I like Dr. Maqueda because she always takes her time to listen to my concerns. Everytime I bring up a concern, if she believes it needs further tests to address it, she refers me to a specialist to have the problem checked out. Expect to spend at least 2 hours total.
