Dr. Terrance Scott Hines, MD

Worst Dr. I have ever been to. He was incredible rude, he told me to shut my mouth and stop talking after trying to say 3 words about what was wrong with me. He offered an antibiotic shot but said it would hurt, I said I didn't want anything from him, that he was the worst dr. and I was never coming back. I tried to shut the door to the room when I left and he yanked it out of my hand and yelled at me. Also I ended up at the ER immediately after and I had a severe upper raspatory infection.... the antibiotic would have done nothing. I just needed help with my symptoms, I got that from them, but I should not have had to go to the ER for help they easily could have given me.

As a LGBTQ person I felt comfortable discussing my healthcare needs with him. I did not feel judged or treated as less than. His nurse Brad was really personable and friendly and was easy to open up and talk to. They are doing good work for our community.

The man's a genius! If he ever moves I'll be heartbroken! He's the first doctor that has ever sat down with me and listened to my concerns and gave his honest opinion. Dont let his age fool you either, he is extremely intelligent. I tested him during one of my first visits by giving him the symptoms of a rare disorder that I have...2 symptoms in and he nailed it! I was impressed, I visited countless doctors to find out what it was orginially. I send everyone I know to him!
