I love Dr E but there's a duplicitous receptionist who doesn't pick up the phone or return calls, or pass on messages about scripts, leading to sudden damaging gaps in essential maintenance meds.   Superficially friendly, she is super sarcastic below the surface.  And there are meds which my husband's dr calls in to the pharmacy routinely but, but which Dr E's back office just says "We don't do that."  So while I'm crashing and burning I have to drive across town to pick up the paper script - often at that point I can't do it safely so again sudden gaps occur which can be hellish.   It's so bad I had to leave the practice even though I have the highest opinion on Dr E. Also the Dr is very kind but again can't be reached even in extremis through the staff.  The main person dissembles and plays power games - when I come in and talk to Dr E about it he says he never got any of the messages.    So I'm effectively abandoned.  Never had this problem before and I'm not young and I have a… lot of health problems - at least never had it to this extent where I feel truly without help except the ER.

I have been seeing Dr. Early for many years and he has helped me with my sleep disorders, depression and narcolepsy. I would recommend him to any of my friends!

I feel as though Dr Early listened to me more than any other MD I've been a patient of. I could sense his passion to help people and me come through during our appts.
