Dr. Terrence Lee Moore, MD

This has got to be the hardest Dr. in Denton County to get into see. I was on hold for almost 20 minutes and than they accidently hung up on me, as you can imagine I was thrilled about staying on hold another half hour. When I got through I requested a follow-up in the next 2 weeks, of course that was not doable. The receptionist informed me that they usually overbook but they were already double overbooked (like you tell that to a patient)....they squeezed us in anyway. There are a lot of wonderful Doctors in Denton, Im sure this Dr. is not a bad one but they need to get there stuff together.

Over all , excellent! Great nurses & Nurse practitioner!

I have had 4 really great doctors in my lifetime and Dr Moore was one of them. I live in another state now but will always remember his caring and courteous staff, Dr. Moore's kindness and willingness to listen and the excellent care that I received while he was my doctor. I wish there were more doctors like him. He's very special.

Overall a very high quality doctor and office. The only issue I have seen is that its hard to get on the patient list and wait time isn't fantastic but that is to be expected and well worth it.

Absolute automaton , did not hear a thing I said, I may have done just as well talking to the wall.

I have seen Dr. Moore for a number of years for routine and non-routine visits, and I have never failed to be impressed by the patience and care he shows. He is quite obviously a caring family-man, and he brings that same care to his practice.He makes me feel that his time is mine until I am fully satisfied with the answers to any questions I have, and I have NEVER felt rushed during office visits. He explains everything carefully in terms I can understand and in a way that makes it obvious he knows what he is doing.His staff have become friends and they also make me feel completely at ease during visits. I've never had a doctor I was more comfortable and happy with!

Dr. Moore and his staff are courteous, caring, and competent. The waiting room is relaxing with music and leather chairs. Appointments are not overbooked resulting in very little delay from appointment. Medical problems are addressed with confidence. If needed after hours, the Doctor responds very quickly.
