Dr. Terri-Ann Patricia Samuels, MD

I was recommended to Dr Terry by my gyn .I kept putting my procedures off several times and I finally put this part of my life behind me . She is a good listener , great bedside manors and she explains in details what was going to happen. I email the office with my concerns and they was address with the hour. Thank you guys

Horrible Dr. She sent my pap smear and urine to two labs that are not in my insurance network ,when i asked specifly to be sent to labcorp or quest which are both in network. So her solution is to cancel the study and force me to go thru another exam and test instead of just sending the samples to in network labs.

After five years of going from doctor to doctor, and procedure after procedure for the same problem, s Dr. Samuels was the only one to find my problem and fixed it, I will forever be grateful for her expertise and respectful bedside manners.

First let me state that I am an extremely rare case. I had a rare form of cancer in my sacrum (end of spinal cord/nerves), and while the cancer is dead the tumor is inoperable. As you can imagine it causes many problems in the pelvic area. When I first saw Dr. Samuels she didn't flinch; she REALLY listened, and as I was telling her my story you could see her wheels turning. She asked several questions to narrow down my specific issues, and then she offered several solutions and a plan as to how to implement them. Since seeing her I have some improvements and options for treatment going further. But the most important thing is that she encouraged me and gave me hope in a situation that other doctors couldn't. She told me that I'd come to the right place bc her interdisciplinary approach is the kitchen sink!! I count it as divine intervention to have come across her, and I thank Jesus for her!!

Dr. Samuels is very soothing, knowledgeable and confident in her practice. I felt very comfortable with her, and confident that all my gynecological needs will be met by her. Demetria B.

Never received information from office staff. Also, office did not work with my insurance at all.

I was referred to Dr. Samuels from a friend who like myself needed a straight forward approach. Dr. Samuels answered all of my questions, genuinely appeared to listen, assess and offer suggestions and help establish a plan. I left feeling like I had successfully got my concerns addressed and not just been smoked screened. However, I cannot give her 5 stars because her office staff is horrible. I tried calling several times without any response. Honestly had that happened in the beginning I probably wouldn't have gone.

I been going to Dr. Samuels for the past 8 months and she is great, but the customer services is terrible! I had to have an ultrasound and I was supposed to get my results back from Dr. Samuels office but is a nightmare, I have been calling and nobody answers the phone, I had left several voice messages but nothing, I had that ultrasound because Dr. Samuels thought something is wrong. I am definitely going to change provider. very disappointed.

She is an awesome provider!

Poor care. Arrogant.
