Dr. Terri Febbraro, MD

I have been a patient at SMG my whole life. I have never faced an issue with doctors until this one. She is not empathetic or compassionate. Downright rude, arrogant and dishonest. Has no interest in history of patients. Cares little for her patients, placing them in difficult situations. Also told another SMG doctor negative things about me. Stay away.

I was referred to Dr. Febrarro for endometriosis, having been told that even though it's not her chief specialty, it is something she treats. She kept me waiting for almost two hours, then she was rude and dismissive from the first moment she walked into the office. She told me that, since my ultrasound was clear, there was no reason for me to be in pain or wasting her time (which isn't true, since endo rarely shows up on ultrasounds). She consistently tried to convince me I was being dramatic or hadn't done my research. She clearly didn't believe my pain at all until the physical exam, where I started crying in pain because she was being so rough. And finally, she told me that I needed to have my CA-125 blood count tested, because that would show endo, which is untrue. While she may be a good oncologist, my experience seeing her for endometriosis was horrific. I would not recommend anyone else try her for this.

I love Dr. Febrarro. Very down to earth and knows what she’s doing. Her staff is the best!! I never wait more than 5 minutes and the office is extremely clean.

Dr Febbraro is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. She spent all the time I wanted on our 3 interactions to explain everything to me and answer my questions. She made me feel listened to and I'm confident following her recommendations and opinions. After dealing with gynecological issues for years, I'm so glad to have found Dr Febbraro.
