Horrible office staff. They had attitudes with me because the woman couldn’t find my information in the computer and was telling me I was never a patient there even though I have been going there for years. Then found out that the woman I made the appointment with mixed up the dates, so I came on the day she told me, all the way from Warner Robins just to find out that my appt was for a different date. Everytime I come here, the office staff makes me feel horrible and the wait time is ridiculous. They overbook themselves just to see you for two minutes. Would not recommend

I have been going to Dr. Ham's officer for years, and have never had any grounds for complaint. My expectations are reasonable and their responses are professional.

Dr. Ham is the most caring and compassionate Doctor that I have ever been to.. He cares for you as if you were family..I have been going to Dr. Ham over 10 years, and each visit has been a great experience.. I love his staff, and they're no turn overs.. He's had the same staff as long as I have been going to him.. I really owe my life to this Dr.. He and his staff is definitely a 10 in my appointment book!

Focus of doctor and staff is on making things easy for them - notthe patient. Compassion for patients is minimal. More important to follow strict office guidelines than to offer care to patients. Will NOT mail ANYTHING to the patient - you must go and pick up all paperwork. Overall impression is poor and would NOT recommend this doctor and his staff.

I have been seeing Dr Ham for several years. I have never been impressed with the office staff as they do not pay attention to patients only their internal discussions. They let patients wait outside in the cold for the first morning appointment even though the staff is in the office. When I suggested to Dr Ham that the staff could be more compassionate he told me to take my business elsewhere.

My family has been using Dr. Ham for over 10 years! He is a fabulous doctor and is extremely caring. He always gives you his full attention which is greatly appreciated!
