Dr McCandies saw my 18 y/o daughter once and she supposed to see her in 2 weeks and said will call with an appointment date, she never called so my daughter reached out and Dr McCandies said, I can't find the piece of paper I put your appointment at, do you remember? Uhm, no, you supposed to call me with it. So when I heard that I called, texted and emailed her asking her if she was going to be able to see my daughter when she supposed to and if it was possible to see her every week instead of 2. She is going to replied with a " I can't discuss your daughter's care with you and I don't feel comfortable telling me how often I should be seeing your daughter so I will immediately terminate her contract" Really? So you said she is the patient but you are terminating her care through me? She is very unprofessional and obviously didn't care about my daughter mental health at all, so glad I found someone else it is so hard to find good doctors nowadays.
