Cancer is never good. But Dr. Milan was great at explaining the concern, explaining the options, and working with me so that now I’m cancer free. He was truly a very good experience in a difficult situation.

He did many things to set me at ease and get me geared up. When everything did not go as planned, he totally stood up, stayed with me to be sure I was ok after what I’m sure was a very long day for him already. This is the kind of Doctor you want on your team.

Dr Milam has a great sense of communication with concern and empathy when working with a patient. I have twice been diagnosed with cancer by him in the past 10 years. The second time involved a large tumor being removed that had risk involved at a higher level. He did a great job. I would highly recommend him to anyone facing surgery and needing a good Urologist. -Mike

Dr. Milam talked with nurse during the entire procedure. During the vasectomy Dr. Milam cut an artery in my scrotum. After procedure he sent me home and once I got home and started to urinate, my scrotum opened up and started bleeding. Had to rush back to hospital and have ER surgery to fix cut artery.

Friendly casual manner almost hides a very conscientious practitioner. He diagnosed my problem and surgically repaired me and gave me my life back.

After being treated shabbily at an office in Bellingham, with constant cancellations and an attempt to complicate the matter at hand, and charge accordingly, a local nurse referred me to Dr. Milam several years ago.He took care of my problem without trying to charge Medicare and me for unneeded diagnostic equipment. He was genuinely caring, competent, and fit what my picture of an excellent Physician is. I grew up with an MD father, and judge all others by his way of treating patients.
