Dr. Terry Roach, DO

dissapointed. Dr. Roach is very pleasant however I felt as if being on antibiotics 4 times already in less than 2 months and they did not resolve my problem would be enough to say that I was in need of a specialist. No they wanted me to keep coming back. I had to say I wanted to see a specialist. When I did they sent a referral to a doctor that was not covered by my insurance. His nurse tells me the specialists office would call in 5-7 days. My matter was urgent. When my chosen specialist did not recurve my referral the receptionist was rude. I had to get the office manager on the phone. The office manager was in fact helpful and very pleasant. Also, they do not bother to check prescriptions to see if the insurance covered them prior to writing them 3 times in one month. I had to find out at the pharmacy. I could not afford $500 and $250 scripts. But the attitude was get them in and out and don't bother to stop to think about the patients costs with both the scripts and referrals.

Dr. Roach is AMAZING! Great physician. The staff is Horrible though NEVER answer phones!

Dr. Roach was very personal and friendly. That was coupled with his concern to be thorough with his diagnosis and then provided me with a variety of medical options on how to proceed.

I have been to Dr. Roach for a few visits. He is very courteous and takes time to talk with you and ask any questions that you are concerned with. I feel quite at ease and will recommend him to others. My husband has been seen and he was the one that said I would like this doctor. Dr. Terry Roach's office personnel was very courteous and informative. My only problem is that Aetna RX Home Delivery cannot get my medicine correctly filled. Aetna wants to be called and not faxed so this has been my only concern. Lisa has been working on the problem so maybe Aetna will get straight.

Dr Roach was great, The Ma.Lisa was great also! It was the office manager, she was very rude, very unprofessional, I over heard her talking about one of her employer with another coworker! I will never return theirs again,

I have seen Dr. Roach on several occasions. He has a great bedside manner and is easy to talk to. He took his time during my appointments, listened to my concerns, and addressed them all. Very professional...very kind! I would definitely recommend Dr. Roach to others.

This Doctor was very nice and on time. Office was very clean, the staff was very nice espically the lady who was at the sign in desk. His M.A was nice enough to get me a cold drink so I could take my medicine. I will most likely be returning and spreading the word on a nice clinic to attend.

I had the pleasure to meet Dr. Roach a few weeks ago and I had such an awesome appointment. Going into the office to see Dr. Roach, I was a little concerened. I love my doctor at the practice and I was worried there would be a different outlook. I was totally blown away. He was everything I didn't think that he was going to be. He is very intellegent and knowledgable. I made an appointment for my daughter to come see him next week.

Down to earth guy. Explains things in layman's terms. First doctor I've seen in a long time that was actually on time!
