Dr. Thai Duc Nguyen, MD

Doctor is absolutely amazing but the staff is just as amazing! His staff has helped me more than I can count. Between pre authorization from insurance, prescriptions, and paperwork for work or insurance! They have been a life savor! My doctors office’s chance staff members so much but that’s what I love about this office! You always know everyone’s name, they know yours. It’s like an extension of your family. They care about you and your problems. They try every thing in their power to address all your needs and get it fixed! I couldn’t ever see myself going anywhere else! Dr Nguyen listen to you when you’re in his office and goes out of his way to fix the issues.

Office staff is HORRIBLE and rude! Go anywhere else if you are a nice person.

I feel for how expensive my copay was, Dr. Thai spent less that 10 minutes with me, maybe 7 (if that). I mentioned to the staff I wanted a second opinion and they told me if I saw another doctor, they wouldn't see me again... if that is policy, okay. If she was having a bad day, she can go to the local pleasure shop. I feel a second opinion should be accepted and a patient should feel comfortable to come and go depending on how they felt at that first appointment.

I have been going to Dr. Nguyen for 20 years. Everything has worked out great with the Dr. and his staff!!

I have only seen Dr.Nguyen once so far but have another appt soon. He was very patient and caring as I am explaining the horror stories that is caused by restless legs. He suggested a medication in which I have never heard of. It was a miracle. While on the new meds,I did not have any issues with my restless legs. Thank you so much Dr.Nguyen.

PRO: Doctor Nguyen is a pretty good doctor and the only neurologist I've had for my epilepsy. Office staff are sweet as can be and have remembered things I told them like 2 appointments prior. They're honestly so nice that one would think they're working for tips. CON: Doctor Nguyen is a bit difficult to understand as he's a little older and has a thick Vietnamese accent however he has a son who looks to be in his 30's. Also, if Doctor Nguyen orders a blood test and you think you need your meds up, get the test or else he won't do anything for you so as to not hurt you.
