I am upset with how this doctor half accessed my Telephone CP. I am pregnant, I had the worst stomach cramps when I had diarrhea for a week straight 2 to 3 times a day. Felt like i was having contractions by day 4. I explained this to her and was told by her to collect a stool sample and bring it into my Obs office. After I checked Mychart immediately after the phone call she filled NOTHING out. No patient instruction, or even reason for phone call. At this point I was merely disappointed. The next day I go to drop off my stool sample. And the nurses knew nothing about it, which wasn't surprising that they could not help me. They were confused and then not at all surprised when I mentioned this doctor. Seems like she's done this before. Since my container was not considered sanitary (understandably) I was told to throw it out. And they would talk to the doctor. The doctor called me and left a message that I kept, she said she assumed they would examine me and that if it doesn't… resolve itself then to just go to the E.R.... And I check MyChart, absolutely NO notes AGAIN. I'm high risk. I take my health and my baby's life very seriously. I will go out of my way to tell them to never give me this careless doctor again.
