Receptionist wasn't very helpful to schedule an appointment. She was cold and adamant about the times offered. I was sad that she didn't mind losing my son as Dr. G's loyal patient.

Dr Gancayco is a wonderful loving and kind caring doctor. I have be going to him for over 15 yrs. He always catches things before they happen and stay on top of it so it won't get worse. I love him to pieces.

I've been going to this eye doctor for years but am switching. While Dr. gancayco does a great job, the overall office is poorly managed. I think appointments are booked every 5-10 minutes and my most recent appointment had a 90+ minute wait before being even seen by the doctor.

I think they book patients every 15 mins so bring a book, music or a game to play because you'll be waiting for a long time.
