Very disappointing experience. My daughter was seen by this orthopedic doctor for a knee injury, but we felt her condition was not properly evaluated or taken seriously even after the second surgery she had with this doctor in a less than a year. Important concerns were overlooked, and her knee problem remains unresolved. As a parent, it’s extremely frustrating watching your child continue to struggle with pain while trying to find someone willing to properly address the issue. When you trust a specialist with a young athlete’s health, you expect a thorough evaluation and careful guidance. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend that others ask many questions and consider getting a second opinion before letting this doctor messing up kid's features

My appointment was for 2:45pm. Left work early so I could take my son early for this appointment. Waited until 4:25pm and left in frustration after being told that there were 3 other patients in front of me and that my son was expected to be seen well after 5:00 to 5:30. IF YOU CAN'T ACCOMMODATE PATIENT'S APPOINTMENT TIMES THEN YOU SHOULD'NT OVERBOOK YOUR APPOINTMENTS. NO REGARD FOR PATIENTS TIME OR SCHEDULES. I did have another doctor's appointment for 5:00 which I had subsequently had to cancel as a result

I love Dr.Ganley and I highly recommend him as an orthopedic surgeon. Some time he is busy and you may have to weight however, he never rushes you out of the room and provides full examination, consultation and proper care. He is very polite and accomodating and so is his staff.
