Wonderful peope!

What is most important to you, what do you want from your doctor, what do you expect your results to be? Compassion? Skill? Knowledge? Ability to communicate? Top notch staff? Will it Lexington plastic surgery Dr Gerstle obviously finds each of these important and delivers without a problem. I have had reconstructive breast surgery and followed up with a liposuction abdominoplasty. I feel very blessed to have found this office this staff and most certainly this doctor. When consultation and you will know you have found the best care with the best results possible!

Great experience! Staff was very friendly! Dr. Gerstle put my ear back together and it didn't even hurt! Highly recommended!

Dr. Gerstle is the utmost professional and has the most genuine disposition. I've never had a physician be so thorough and down to earth. On top of that, my results are amazing. He corrected the work of another plastic surgeon. He performed a breast lift and rhinoplasty and I couldn't be happier. I go to him for all of my botox and filler, now. I look forward to seeing him and his staff every three months.

I struggled with a pot belly for many years after having to have surgeries due to several ovary, tubes and uterus issues. So I decided to get lipo/bbl but was limited on how much I could spend. So I made the mistake many I know made and found an “inexpensive” Dr with “ok “ reviews and got half what I paid for. After healing more emotionally than physically I saved yet again. Newly relocated to Lexington Ky, I was skeptical about being in a “smaller” city and wanting a redo, so I diligently searched. After meeting go with Dr Gerstle a couple times I just felt he was the doc for the job. All of the boxes checked on my “NEED” list for a doc are checked finally. Great price and references and reviews included. Not only did I get the shape I wanted back for many years, my expectations were EXCEEDED. (I’m crying yet again as I write this). Lipo! BBL! Mini tummy tuck! Snatched waist! Flat tummy!! I’m ME again!! I owe this doc more than I was charged and no amount would be enough to equal… giving a woman her body and confidence back like he did mine. Now that I KNOW I’ve found a Dr that wants his patients results great as much or more than the patient even, I’m now saving up to get my face to defy a little gravity. Lol. If you’re reading this, sorry so long but boy do I have a story to tell and my journey continues!

His expertise and bed side manor are impeccable, as well as his suits ?? Grenda too, was also amazing. Her gentle voice and kind disposition kept me calm before, during, and after my procedure. And Amber. I can’t enough about her. She is simply delightful. She is someone I could see myself being good friends with. Overall, my experience was nothing short of amazing.
