Dr. Theodore Bergen Manny, MD

Dr. Manny has the worst bedside manner. He is rude for no reason. He practically yells at you and loves to brag about himself. He is incredibly vain and doctors like him should not be allowed to practice. Find another urologist! Dr. Manny will not help you… he will ignore you. He will stay in your room a maximum of two minutes before he abruptly leaves. His nurse even looks miserable when discussing him. I will likely file a complaint with the medical board after my last visit. If Dr. Manny gets enough complaints, maybe he will start treating patients better. I’ve been seeing Dr. Manny since my hysterectomy almost three years ago. During my recent visit, he asked me about “my cycle”. He looked totally embarrassed when I said that I did not have one. He did not even read my chart.

Unfortunately my experience has been extremely dissatisfactory. My PCP referred me due to Low-T, from the onset of my appointments I have been made to feel almost criminal for seeking TRT. Dr. Manny does not go into the details of labwork, providing values etc. After 20 weeks on TRT, the protocol needed to be adjusted dramatically but Dr. Manny refused due to not having the knowledge of TRT Protocols and relying on the "I'm just a surgeon" mentality. After going back to my PCP, I was advised to sent a message to Dr. Manny asking for an adjustment and was refused and given the "find a new Doctor" reply from an office assistant.

Dr. Manny is confident without being cocky. He is very personable, patient and a good listener. He explains all options in detail and expresses his opinion in layman's terms so you understand everything. Look forward to having him as my urologist for many years to come.

Dr. Theodore Manny is a young Urologist practicing at Alliance Urology Specialists. He's always been very professional and articulate in his communications with me and I seldom had to ask any questions. I am a 73 year old male and suffered with acute IC and CKD. He performed a robotic Radical Ileal Cysectomy on me and I was very happy with the outcome. I can't fully describe how much better I feel. I would consider Dr. Manny to be the go-to surgeon for robotic urological surgical procedures.

Great 1st impression of the doctor. My first office visit, with Dr. Manny, was very informative and he was very forthright concerning my medical situation and potential upcoming surgery. He explained the risks involved and gave me lots of important info to think about, in making my decision. The doctor took time to listen and I left feeling very confident in Dr. Manny and his expertise he brings with him. Would very much recommend him.
