The people working in this Dr.s office are the most incompetent and lazy people I have ever dealt with in my life. If you take daily medicine for anything(me for heart) it will be like pulling teeth to get these morons to refill what is supposed to be automatic refill. They just can't seem to be able to get it done month after month despite me talking to them about it numerous times the problem just got worse. I'm literally on the phone with them 3-4 times every month trying to get my meds. Finally I had to change Dr.s. Stay away!

Dr. Pastrana wastes no time getting to the point of your visit and he always explains everything to me in great depth. Whatever issues I have had he follows up with appropriate testing and referrals. His staff always puts in my referrals right away too, so I am able to get in and get seen by my specialists in a timely manner. For the first time I feel like my health is in good hands. Sometimes wait times can be a bit longer because he takes the time to explain everything to his patients. It's well worth it.

Excellent Doctor took the time to listen and understand your health issues. Did not rush the visit at all. Very nice.

Dr Pastrana has been my PCP for a couple of months now im very pleased with the service I get from him and his staff. Dr Pastrana unlike other doctors he'll take the time out of his weekends to call and follow up on myself or my kids when we're really sick. His staff are very friendly/helpful I don't complain about the wait time because I know other patients are getting treated the way I like to get treated. If your a type of person that doesn't like to wait then Dr Pastrana's office isn't for you. I love Dr Pastrana and the girls very much and im really thankfull I switched to them.

I am one of Dr. Pastrana's patient. I been with so many Doctors and only Dr. Pastrana I know that he give time to call me even my test is normal. He is so nice to all his patient. I am highly recommending Dr. Pastrana, if you are looking for a Doctor that you depend on......

I will recomand doctor T Pastrana to wash his hands before touching our children! I was watching him closely to see if he will performe this basic routine...NOTHING! Please wash your hand doctor otherwise I will sugest you to do it!
