Dr. Theodore Harold Zeltner, MD

I have been a patient of Doctor Zeltner for about 25 year's. He listens very closely to what I have to say and he always answers any questions I may have fully and completely. I have never had a problem getting an appointment @ anytime that fit my schedule. Dr Zeltner is an excellent doctor a very nice person.

Condescending and patronizing. Dismissive when I was explaining my symptoms. Wrong diagnosis. A classless jerk!

Patient for years but I am now firing him as my doctor because he acted crazy as in mentally ill last appointment. Kept waiting 15 minutes past appointment in waiting room, then another 45 in exam room. I go out to ask the nurse where's the doctor and she admits he hasn't shown up yet! Just as she's telling me this, he comes walking in with a gift bag in his hand grinning like he just left a party. I go wait for him and hear the nurse telling him she was just asking where you were. He comes in the room and starts hollering at me and threatening to fire me. My heart is in my freaking throat (and I have heart disease so really not funny) and I'm thinking just let me get out of here alive. He yells my life is none of your business. I say I don't care about your life but if you're an hour late for an appointment, I have the right to ask where you are and some apology/explanation is in order. Then suddenly he turns to his usual pleasant manner (albeit without apologizing or… explaining) and starts asking questions about my health real professionally. It was creepy as all get out. He's between me and the door and I am disabled with mobility issues. I play along to keep Dr. Jekyll there so he won't turn into Mr. Hyde again and get the heck out of there a.s.a.p. I will NOT be going back to him. He has some kind of mental issue going on.

Dr Zeltner delivers excellent care. He was caring, accurate in diagnoses and worked hard to provide care to our family.

I am so satisfied with Dr. Zeltner that when it appeared a job promotion would move me approximately 3 hours away, I would not consider changing my primary care physician. It took me a long time to find someone with the exact mix of compassion, competence, approachability, and openness to create the partnership that doctors and patients strive to achieve. He's wonderful.

very unhappy with this care. waited too long for him, he did not seem to care about my complaints. did not remember my history and had no idea what he prescribed to me in the past.

Have been a patient 30 years. if you have to wait for him it's because he is taking his time with another patient. Something we all would want.

Dr Zeltner is a talented and conscientious physician. He is personable and often devotes additional time to the care and education of his patients.

agree with previous reviewer. he is too busy to see patients now. his medical assistant is RUDE and Loud! I have been seing him for many hears, when I went to a new doctor for a second opinion, he told me that my blood pressure has been high for many years and that I have heart damage because of uncontrolled high blood pressure. He never told me anything about that!

He is now a medical director at the Cerebral Palsy center. Hi still continues to see "regular" patients also,but he has no time to take care of them obviously. My wait time was awful. But what I am most upset with is that he strongly believes against referrals to specialists! He missed my Prostate Cancer because he does not have time to review labs and does not believe in referrals! His medical assistant does most of the lab reviews on his patients!
