Dr. Theresa M Franks

I just had my first annual exam with Dr. Franks, as my previous doctor retired. She was very professional, kind, caring, and empathetic. She was very accepting of my thoughts and suggestions (for labs, etc.) and conservative in prescribing (which I appreciate). I will continue to see Dr. Franks every year for my exams.

Dr. Frank's is the worst obgyn ever. After my hysterectomy I will Never trust her again because she messed me up even more. She never followed up to see how I was doing. She treated me like a child when I told her the pain medication wasn't working and she said because you're not taking it right be a good girl and do as I say. I asked for a different kind of pain medication and never got it and when I ask about something I never get a straight answer and she just walks away like she doesn't want to be bothered and rolls her eyes. Her staffs are rude too when you call please don't ever go to her or recommend her to anyone. I feel I had to write this so others can judge for themselves. I never went back.

She is rude and semiprofessional. After the examination she supposed to send my medication to the pharmacy and it is been a week and they have not not done it, I called the staff and they didn't even see it in my chart.

My sister and I have both been seeing her for several years. She diagnosed 2 different problems over the years that required surgery. I had no problems and healed up well. My prior gynecologist didn’t even know I had a problem. Just kept giving me meds to mask the situation! She has a great bedside manner. Even has a sense of humor. It’s always uncomfortable to go to the gynecologist. Maybe you are just reading her wrong or maybe you are the one setting the negative mood.

Dr. Theresa Franks is condescending, rushes you out the door, does not explain anything .....you are just a number. I never leave reviews, but please trust me on this one.

I’m a nurse and worked with a lot of OB - Gyn doctors . I picked her to care for me because she is the best in every way . She is caring , easy to talk to , spend time with her patients doesn’t rush ,honest,very knowledgeable . I will recommend her to anybody who needs OB- Gyn doctor ??

She is not the most kind or caring Dr at all. You aree treated like a number and that's it. Just another appt to her. Her bedside matter is really bad, controlling questions and her answers are as she could careless while rowing her eyes at you. Very cold and rushes upi out the door. Very condensing . I would not recommend Dr Franks nor will I be going back to see her in the future.

What a waste of time and money dr Frank's is so cold and hard to deal with. What she thinks matters and what feel doesn't matter. You sit there and wait to see her over 10 mins then she comes in types on a computer a brief I mean brief exam and then she is done after a few questions. I spent more time waiting to see her then her spending time with me Wow my medical insurance is being ripoff. What a waste of time. Please

Dr Franks helped me with a problem a few years ago that 2 other doctors could not.. She is very warm and caring, and I always have a positive experience when I see her. Her staff is just as attentive and caring as she is. Love her!

Dr. Franks is always attentive and supportive. She listens and is interested in me as a person. She is knowledgeable and thoughtful about my care. I have been with her for many years and strongly recommend her.
