Dr. Theresa Renee Metanchuk, DO

She is one of the best providers. She is caring and knowledge. My three children and I see her. She helped my son with an issue that the academics centers couldn’t figure out. She deserves more than 5 stars.

Dr. Metanchuk is PRICELESS !! She is kind, caring, professional, knowledgeable, and TRULY concerned for your well being....She spends as much time with you as needed, answers ALL questions and is down to earth and REAL...she should NEVER be a reflection of a nurse in the office who books your appointment. If she knew about your experience she would be sure to make it RIGHT !! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, Dr Metanchuk !!!

My children see Dr. Metanchuk. I appreciate that Dr. Metanchuk listens to my concerns, then will talk directly to and listen to my children. We have thought her treatments made sense with both straight forward diagnoses and with more complicated issues.

I left a message for the nurse to call me back, well after a few hours, she returns my call. When I spoke to her she asked me what do you need like she was miserable , and I told her that I would be a new patient and she says what ins do you have I told her and then , I told her part of my problem with my health she cut me off didn't even let me talk and she says you need to wait until 2 months to be seen , she says if you have problems you need to go to the ER, and I told her I needed a family doctor and she got smart and said we are not specialist we only deal with colds and no pain management I told her I know that I just need a family doctor because your facility is closer and then I asked for the address and she felt like it was a stupid question and she responded did you look on the internet and I told her someone referred me to Dr. Metanchuk and then she read the address to me and said now when is your appt, and what time as if I was stupid, I felt very humiliated . It's bad… enough I have health problems, I felt that she was very prejudice and Very, Very, RUDE! People like her shouldn't be working in a doctors office , remember you are dealing with people that are not feeling good, it's not that people go there just to be there that's why its called a doctors office. I will never go there and the nurse needs to try another job, if she can't work with people. Terrible !!!!
