Dr. Chan Tack is amazing. She's the reason I'm still with UCSF. She's a great doctor, kind human, remembers personal details and is very approachable and communicative.

Between myself and family, I have met many doctors over the years at UCSF. In my opinion Dr Chan Tack is one of the best Doctors at UCSF she listens, she cares, she explains, she is very intelligent and she can think. You know she loves her job. I am very happy to have her as my doctor.

Dr. Chan-Tack is an extraordinary physician. She is knowledgeable, patient, professional but friendly, clear in her communications and exhibits genuine care with her patients. She has the best of what we used to call "bedside manner". I have no suggestions for improvement and would recommend her to anyone.

The most caring and very thoughtful Dr. I have ever had. Listened to my concerns and although I had an appointment for a long time, I felt welcomed, and she addressed all my concerns. I would give her 5 more stars.
