I waited 3 weeks for this practice to send for an approval and it was never done by Barbara in the RVC office. Humana stated they were waiting for the request and never received it and they would approve the test as soon as they got the paper work. They never got it. I will not be returning to this practice. The Dr. never returned my phone call. Very shoddy work ethic and rude staff.

I come from a family of doctors, and I would give Dr. D the highest rating in terms of results, professionalism, and interaction with patients. On his staff is Anna who is equally professional with EKGs and other support services for patients. I would recommend this practice strongly.
