The worst doctor that I visited ever, she has no knowledge in any medical treatment, the nurse will put you in the patient room and got your information and your medical issue and forward the information to this dummy to start looking for the treatment in the Google! or in the books. She will not hesitate to bring her books to match your condition with the pictures in the book! I sympathize with any of her poor patients!

Dr Thili answers all your questions and explains everything. Sometimes you have to wait awhile as she spends time with other patients, but she won't rush you either. She stays on top of all your test results and refers you to other doctors when necessary. She has been my doctor for 3 years and I'm very satisfied. Office staff could use some upgrade, though.

HORRIBLE!! If I could rate a 1/100th of a star or negative I would. This Dr office was so unorganized , we go in 4:40 pm for a 5pm appointment there is no one but waiting patients no desk girl nothing 30 min later a girl comes in from lunch maybe goes in the back 10 minutes later she goes to the desk gives my BF paper work asks for his ID so we now wait we get called back a young girl takes his vitals and we wait, 6:23 rolls around we ask umm weve been here an hr oh ok 5 min we're told. another 15 min ok were now leaving. Well the lady never gave my BF his ID back we call this am they have no clue basically saying none of that even happened... Wow no bedside manor at all, horrid service and Soooo rude!

Very unorganized office, scary even. Unprofessional staff that seems to care very little for the patients. The dr spends a lot of time with patient. Her intake was very thorough. However, there is no organization or follow up in her office.

i dislike this doctor very much and dont go to her unless you have and hour and a half to spend in the lobby!!i wouldnt recomend anyone to go here!charges $1.00 for copies and 10% to use credit card.. is this a doctor or STAPLES???

This is a great doctor with a horrible staff. The office manager is rude, inefficient and a liar. Dr. seems to give her staff a lot of credit although she is too visit to really see what they are doing. It is just too bad that such a caring, devoted Doctor has these people in her staff. Just too bad.
