Dr. Paschalis never sees you, always pushes you to a PA. This practice is all about the money, not healthcare. Stay completely away from them.

There is absolutely no quality care at this office. Dr Paschalis pushes his nurse practitioners on you.

As the owner of a large company, I have one word describing entire staff. Incompetent

I’ve been seeing Dr. Paschalis for over 10 years and he’s always diagnosed and treated issues properly and promptly.

Tried to call to schedule an appointment and was put on hold for 9 min. Then I called back and when asked to be put on hold I said no I had been holding before and front desk was rude and tried to speak over me. She just kept saying hold please , hold please. The front staff is what us patients see first and wow first impression is horrible. I do NOT recommend this office.

Dehumanizing piece of garbage. The entire practice treats people like lesser beings. Was laughed at and ridiculed by the receptionists and nurses for being one minute late, and refused services for that reason. The reason for the visit was to get a referral for a specialist, as required, for a critical, life-threatening condition. I have insurance. I have money. I was told to leave, when all I asked for was to be seen by my doctor. I felt like less than a dog while leaving. In fact our vet treats their animals better than these people treat other humans. I would never trust them again.

I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone! Assistants Danni (especially her) & Robin are extremely unprofessional & rude. Very hard people to deal with & cause trouble. Never smiles, terrible bedside manners. Can't believe they continue to works in this office, much less in this field! It's very apparent Dr. Pashalis could care less about his patients or what's going on. Not particularly good bedside manner. If you don't want a family member dead, I suggest you go elsewhere!!! NO JOKE!

I've now been coming to this office for several years. I do have mixed feelings about this practice. I usually see Lindsey, who is nice. Assistants Danni & Robin are extremely rude & condescending! It has been brought to his attention before but I guess he doesn't care how his staff is treating the patients. Without going into detail, this office could definitely be sued for malpractice! I wouldn't recommend anyone to this office! Be wise & choose another practice!

I was referred to Dr. Paschalis by a friend of mine who works in the medical industry. My friend has been working with the doctors in The Woodlands area for more than 10 years. I am glad I took my friends advice. Dr Paschalis has been fantastic. I have been a patient of his for more than 6 years and have no hesitance in referring friends and family. The office is busy and sometimes you have to wait. My thought on this is simple. Two barbers side by side, one has a line, the other does not. Why?Two restaurants side by side, one has a line, the other does not. Why?Two doctors offices side by side, one has a line, the other does not. Why?

Dr Paschalis moved his office and this was my first appointment at the new office. My appointment was for 10:45A. I called the office at 10:46A to let them know I was on my way and looking for the office. I was put on hold and no one ever came back on the phone. I was calling to let them know I was on the way. When I got to the office, I was told that I was 20 minutes late and that Dr Paschalis would not see me but someone that I don't know would. I never been late to an appointment or now shown up for an appointment. I have waited to see Dr Paschalis for 30 minutes in his waiting room and another 30 minutes left sitting in an exam room. But he dismisses me because the person at the desk said I was 20 minutes late. When I got back to my car, the clock said 10:58A. I will not be back and will never recommend this practice. They don't have a nurse on staff only medical assistants who have to ask the doctor questions and call you back. Getting an answer to a problem takes an act of… Congress!
