THE LADIES WHO ANSWER THE PHONE IN THE EARLY MORNING ARE ALWAYS RUDE..IT NEVER FAILS! I KNOW 3 PEOPLE WHO HAVE LEFT THIS DOCTOR BECAUSE OF THE STAFF WHO TAKE APPTS!!!

I have been experiencing lower back pain along with numbness down both legs and into both feet. I have called the office five times over the last two weeks, and can not get an appointment. I am told 'the doctor has no appointments available for several months out, and that the office only books same day appointments at 7:15 in the morning. This morning I called promptly at 7:15 only to be told that Dr. Arnone has no appointments available.

Dr Thomas Arnone has been our family physician for 25 years. He's a genuinely nice person who really cares about his patients. He listens carefully and always takes the time needed to diagnose and recommend treatment. I trust him to have my best interest in mind and to treat me as a priority, with respect and kindness.

Dr Arnone always takes the time to listen carefully to what I have to say. I adore him!

Dr. T Arnone is an excellent physician. His patient interview skills and methods are thorough and efficient. In my experience, he diagnoses conditions accurately and recommends a treatment plan that treats the condition effectively and in a timely manner. These traits are what I value in a physician and Dr. Arnone demonstrates them each time I visit. I highly recommend him. The office is sharp, organized and professional. I've never experienced a scheduling mistake or billing error. Outstanding. I would recommend this office to anyone considering establishing a new physician relationship in the Rochester area.

I have been at patient at this office since before Dr Arnone took the practice over. The quality of care when I actually get to see the Dr. himself is ok. Otherwise I sit in waiting for in excess if 30min only to be seen by the NP who rushes thru the appointment and I am still asking questions while she is half out the door already. The appoints are booked every 10 min and the office staff has always been rude and cant be bothered. I guess the fact that I am a nurse and have a bit higher expectation having knowledge of how an office should run, I am since looking for a new PCP and its all because of the office staffed and the fact I have seen the Dr. Once in the last 5 years. I had a secretary call me with a lab work result. She told me I had Lupus and to have a nice day and hung up. It took me 6hoursan to get a nurse on the phone, ans I spent that time in sheer panic. When she finally called me, she laughed and said of course I dont have lupus! And treated me like a child over the… phone.

I can't say enough about Dr. Arnone, he has been my physician for years and the care I have received from him and others in his practice has been excellent.

Dr. Arnone is the finest, most caring man and doctor I have ever had. He is precise and accurate and he has saved my life, emotionally. I can't thank him enough. I hdf been to many doctors over the years and was leaving a practice due to the impersonal way I was being treated. Dr. Arnone was the man who helped me over the 15 years or so that I have been seeing him, more than any specialist. He was a God send.
