Dr. Benda has sutured my 4 year old's facial laceration twice. Each time, he explained the procedure to myself and my son, which calmed both of our nerves. He was compassionate and patient to the fears of a 4 year old. Dr Bend went above and beyond to ensure that my son had a positive experience so that he wouldn't be fearful or negative towards doctors in the future. I highly recommend Dr. Benda and Dubuque ENT!!

Very rude and degrading. Lack of attention to the patients comments and worries. Massive lack of professionalism and sensitivity toward the patient and patients feelings. Very unimpressed.

Made several demeaning comments, rolled eyes and smirked at me when I was telling him my symptoms. Was overall extremely rude and arrogant. Will NEVER go back to this Dr. again!
