Dr. Thomas L. Bernasek, MD

Doctor Bernasik is an excellent doctor! He takes the time to answer all your questions. Dr Bernasek has a wonderful sense of humor and a really great bedside manner. I had a total knee replacement seven days ago and i'm already walking without a ca ne. Praise the Lord for Dr Bernasek!!!!

This is my second knee replacement in four months with Dr. Bernasek. I literally couldn't walk before that for three years. I am still healing from the second surgery but he is the best surgeon hands down. Not only is he extremely good at what he does, but he is compassionate and he cares. I felt literally loved and cared for by him and I'd pick him again if I had to. You cannot go wrong with Dr. Bernasek!!

I did not see Dr Bernaaek but I did see his Fellow. I do not remember his name but he was pleasant and and a through as possible for a follow up that I was happy to report the steroid shot o had has provided positive results.

Dr Bernasek is a great doctor. He cares deeply for his patients and takes time to explain everything. There are usually long wait times but that is because he does not rush in and out of the appointment. I wouldn’t go to anyone else for hip issues.

Excellent visit with Dr Bernasek! He is caring and kind! He doesn’t push you into surgery if he thinks it’s not necessary. He suggests other things to get you in the best shape possible like therapy and it has helped a lot. He takes plenty of time answering your questions and concerns even though he has a very busy office. He’s well worth waiting for if you have to. His staff is very helpful and friendly.

I am disappointed that I did not see Dr Bernasek at my appointment who I was scheduled to see, I saw another physician. This physician I saw was nice but didn’t know my medical history, and I felt that my concerns and questions were not addressed or answered.

Dr Bernasek & staff are professionals, very caring and give you the opportunity to make the right decisions.

I know Dr. Bernasek, he is a colleague of mine, as I am a retired physician. He still explains things, what he's going to do, what outcomes to expect, as well as future plans. He is easy to talk with and cares about his patients.

Once you actually get to see Dr. Bernasek, he is kind knowledgeable and explains things perfectly well. Here is the big problem: and it is a big problem: his staff, his office and the doctor himself are very difficult to get a hold of when you have a problem. Getting a callback is haphazard; Dr. Banasik, of course being busy will never call you back and whatever staff member is assigned to get in touch, may or may not do so. It is very frustrating, especially when you are in pain and you need to talk to somebody about it. It’s great that Dr. Bernasek and his staff are wonderfully trained, but if you cannot talk to them, it makes the experience difficult and unpleasant. I have another 2 1/2 months to go before my surgery, I am in constant pain and I’m angry that no one is getting back to me. I have no reason to give Dr. Bernasek anything but the five star rating based on the limited contact I have had with him. But the overall office experience is really not acceptable.

Dr Bernadette is one of my all time favorites. Skilled, thorough, perceptive and personable. Very lucky to have him in my corner!
