I’m usually very satisfied with Dr. Bohmfalk but today I had my appointment to get my medication renewed which has to be taken everyday and my last pill was today. He or whoever faxes the scripts to the pharmacy did not do that as of 7:30 today. Not happy at all and very disappointed. So now I have to call them first thing in the morning n hopefully they can get this mater taken care of before I have to be at work at 11:30 a.m. which is located down the road from Austin airport so now you can understand why I’m upset I written this for my daughter who will be working late due to hr dr appt. was scheduled during her work hours.

Wes and I have lived here for 6 years, Dr. Bohmfalk was a referral from another Dr. It was the best thing that could of happened to us. The medical care we receive from this Dr. is great. The people in his office is great, we really love his nurse, she is really special. They are always caring and helpful. We have had a lot of Drs. we feel really lucky to have Dr/ Bohmfalk as our Dr. He takes very good care of us. We feel that only is he our Dr, we also think of him as a friend. The medical profession and people are very luck to have him.
